- Dual-Track Leadership: Served as a mentor for Phase 2 (Ages 13–15) while simultaneously undergoing advanced training in Phase 3 (Troop Leadership).
- Counseling: Transitioned from direct supervision to a "Guide on the Side" approach; mentored Phase 2 Patrol Leaders in delegating authority and fostering team autonomy.
